1. Download the App and Register
   Please download the PiPPA app onto your smartphone. After installation, complete a brief member registration process, which includes phone number authentication, followed by settlement registration (such as credit card information).
2. Start Using
   Open the PiPPA app and scan the QR code displayed on your smartphone to unlock the smart key.
3. Enjoy PiPPA
   It is essential to observe all traffic rules while utilizing this service.
4. How to Return
   Return the bicycle to the nearest designated PiPPA parking port and manually lock the smart key. Note: continuous charges will apply until the bicycle is locked. Bicycles can be returned at any PiPPA exclusive parking port, not necessarily at the original rental location. Billing will occur automatically upon locking the smart key.
